Located on Vijzelstraat in the heart of Amsterdam, Siam Bowl started from a love for Thai noodles. Growing up in Thailand, noodle shops were part of everyday life. Warm bowls, rich broth, fresh herbs and simple street-side comfort. These were the flavours we grew up with, the meals we loved, and the memories we wanted to bring to Amsterdam.
In Thailand, noodles are not just a meal. They are part of everyday life, loud, bold, and full of flavour. From the rich coconut curry of Khao Soi to the creamy heat of Tom Yum Nam Khon, every bowl is built the Thai way.
At Siam Bowl, we serve Thai noodle dishes inspired by the noodle shops of our childhood. From our signature Khao Soi to Tom Yum noodles, Yen Ta Fo and Khanom Jeen, every bowl is made with real Thai flavour and Bangkok street charm.
We prepare our own broth base in-house, using real Thai herbs, spices and ingredients. No shortcuts. No watered-down flavours. The balance matters. Sweet. Sour. Salty. Spicy. Just like it should be.
